A Few Important Notes:

• If the issue is due to negligence or misuse, the cost of the repair—including labor and materials—will be your responsibility.
• This includes damage or plumbing clogs caused by improper use.

Access to Your Home

Your lease allows access for our vendors to come and attend to maintenance issues, as they are available. We will arrange a key for them to use while servicing your home. If you have animals or other special considerations, please let us know within your maintenance request. Animals must be restrained within a kennel to allow for safe entry/exit of vendors. See your lease for additional information.
