Program. Cozy Hosea Homes Realty LLC, doing business as Gnome Homes Property Management, sends text messages to residents, property owners, and people who contact us. Messages relate to their tenancy, property, or request: maintenance updates and scheduling, rent and account reminders, notices of entry, lease and renewal updates, and replies to questions. We do not send marketing messages.

Consent. You agree to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to text messaging in your lease or rental application, in your resident or owner portal profile, by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, or by texting our office number at 662-270-0101 first. Consent is not a condition of renting or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
